Is there a difference between the blue handles and the green handles?

No. The green handle is our Pet line and the Blue is our All Purpose line. There is no difference in the lint tape effectiveness.

Are there different size refills/handles?

Yes. We make a Regular/Standard size roll(and refill) that is 4 inches wide and a Giant size roll(and refill) that is 4.6 inches wide. They are not interchangeable. On our newest handles, the sizing is engraved on the cage of the lint roller handle.

How do you change the refill?

Best method is to cut the old refill cardboard off first. Next, standup the new refill up on a table and push the handle down into the new refill.

What is the stickiest Evercare roll you sell?

Look for “Extreme Stick Plus” on the packaging.

Do you have replacement outer packaging, mine tore?

No. This only comes with your original purchase. You can stand the roll up while being stored to keep it safe from debris between uses.

Can I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

Yes, you can unsubscribe to our newsletter anytime. If you have an account with us you can unsubscribe by logging in to your account and clicking on the unsubscribe tab.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

How can I view my order history?

If you created an account with us, you can review all your previous orders online as well as check the status of any current orders. To review your order history, log in to your account and click on order history.

What form of payments do you accept for online orders?

We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

Can I use more than one promo code for an order; can I use a promo code more than once?

No. Only one promo code can be used per order. You can enter more than one promo code, however, only one promo code will be accepted. The last code entered will be the code that is applied. Depending upon the promotional offer, a promo codes can be used more than once.

Do I get confirmation or a receipt of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your order. You will get another email when the order is shipped with information about your order information and what’s included in the package. If you do not receive an email confirmation, check your junk or spam box.

Can I purchase an item that is out of stock?

No, but you can request to be notified once the item is available again.


What are my shipping and processing options?

All orders are processed within 5 business days from the receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays) and are shipped via FEDEX GROUND from our warehouse in California. I have not received my order yet; can I check the status of my order online?

Can you ship outside of the United States?
